The hiFace Two is a high value-for-money ratio Digital-to-Digital Converter. Turn your computer into a main Audio Source for your Hi-Fi System via Digital Coax input.
If your Hi-Fi system includes a Digital-to-Analog Converter, whether Amplifier or CD player with a Digital input for use with an internal DAC, then you can use hiFace Two to transform your PC into a high performance music Source.
Just plug the hiFace into one of your computer’s USB ports and connect its output to any available Digital input in your system. You’ll be able to enjoy music files to a very high sound quality standard - be they MP3, CD quality or High Resolution files.
Extremely easy to use, it will be seen by your computer as an Audio card. No need for A driver with Macs and Linux computers - the driver for Windows is provided.

Remote Control - advanced PC to SPDIF Interface with Clock input :
The HiFace Evo Two is a true Swiss Knife for its extreme versatility. Its USB device interface is USB 2.0 Audio Class compliant and supports ASIO under Windows and Integer Mode under OSX. It is supported natively under OSX and Linux.
It can be powered by USB bus or by an external Power Supply i.e. the Evo Supply Two for maximum performance.
Outputs include : S/PDIF, AES/EBU, Toslink and I2S in the PS Audio standard.
PCM : 44.1kHz to 384kHz - DoP : 64X to 128X : Native DSD : 64X to 256X
The external clock input accepts Word clocks as well as Master clocks - asynchronous to the selected sampling rate. Sampling frequency information is sent by an Optical transmitter to the clock generator for automatic clock switching.
An Auxiliary S/PDIF input allows for Digital Audio data to be transferred to a computer for recording, as well as for Sampling rate conversion through the internal SRC.
LCD display shows all settings, together with the selected sampling frequency.
Digital input may also be used to accept data from a CD player - to use the hiFace Evo Two as an Upsampler.
All settings, as well as HID features can be set by Remote control.

This versatile unit can also be used as a Digital Interface. Apart from Analog to Digital conversion, it is also cable of accepting Coax RCA input with conversion to AES/EBU or USB and Optical outputs.
